Duties as Early Years Practitioner:
- Support children aged 0-5 in their learning and development
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
- Ensure a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
- Support with feeding, changing and personal care routines
- Work closely with other staff and parents to support individual needs
Ideal Early Years Practitioner:
- Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or 3)
- Experience working with children in nursery or early years settings
- Knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
- Patient, nurturing and enthusiastic as an Early Years Practitioner
- Able to adapt to different settings and routines
- Willing to commit to daily supply work across multiple locations
