We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator to join our nurturing, independent, family run nursery/pre-school in Isleworth.
In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our 1 year old to 4 year old learners, planning engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework, and helping them develop in a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities: Support the care and development of children, acting as a key person for a small group.
Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities that support all areas of the EYFS.
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, preparing reports for parents and senior staff.
Foster strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers.
Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and child safeguarding.
