As an Investigation and Information Assistant, you will play a key role within the Complaints and Resolution department ensuring that elected members of the council receive accurate, timely, and high-quality responses to their enquiries to support their work with our residents.
You will also provide support to the wider team in resolving complaints made by our residents on ongoing repairs and housing issues.
