Job Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and respond to property enquiries
- Arrange property viewings, valuations and appointments
- Contact prospective buyers to obtain feedback following viewings
- Keep clients updated throughout the property sales process
- Conduct property viewings where appropriate
- Support the management of the firm's social media channels
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Provide general administrative support to the property team
- Assist with other duties as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Confident, professional communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and politely with clients
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload and remain calm under pressure
- Good attention to detail to ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Comfort working independently while also supporting a collaborative team environment
- Comfortable using social media and digital platforms to support property marketing activity
- Strong customer service mindset and a proactive approach to client updates
- Valid UK driving licence
- Relevant experience in estate agency, property sales, administration, or another customer-facing role is beneficial (but not essential if you can demonstrate the right skills)
- Competent IT skills, including the ability to use internal systems, spreadsheets, and email effectively
