Housing & Repairs Assistant - Inverness, UK -(temporary contract 3 months) - Part Time - 3 days per week.

- Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for tenants reporting repairs and maintenance issues, logging all requests accurately.
- Coordinate with contractors to instruct repairs, follow up on work completed, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Manage scheduled servicing requirements to ensure all properties are compliant with private landlord legislation.
- Liaise with tenants regarding housing management matters, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Prepare tenancy documentation and ensure all records are maintained accurately within the CRM system.
- Assist the Housing Manager with managing rent accounts and other housing management functions.
- Develop marketing materials for available housing, including uploading information onto the company website, CRM system, and social media platforms.
- Process application forms and handle enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with tenants and contractors.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative while recognising when to seek approval.
- Accurate record-keeping and administrative skills, with attention to detail in producing tenancy documentation.
- Highly Proficient in IT, with confidence in navigating CRM systems and other digital tools.
- Understanding or willingness to learn about the private letting market and landlord responsibilities.
- Knowledge of GDPR regulations and best practices in handling personal data securely.
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience of working in the Housing sector, or qualification in letting agency work is advantageous but not essential.
- Flexible on working days, but one day must be a
Friday. Fully on site, office is based in Inverness.
