Post Title: Community Works Operative 4 (Plant Operator)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.
Job Purpose: To work as part of a team ensuring the safe and efficient management of waste at our Inverness Waste Transfer Station. Operating a variety of plant machinery to assist with incoming and outgoing waste, assisting third-party contractors and updating records accordingly.

Requirements
CITB operators’ certificate, NPORS, CPCS or equivalent SVQ at SCQF Level 5 certificate
for wheeled shovel and material handler/excavator.
