Travelling Area Manager: Award-Winning Highland Bakery
Availability: 6am-4pm Monday – Saturday (5 days out of 6 working)
Minimum of 30 hours per week (up to 39 when required)
Rate: £14.83 increasing to £15.41 after training
Our client, an award-winning, family-owned bakery based in the Highlands, is currently seeking a reliable and organised Area Manager to work across the Inverness area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-loved local business, offering quality produce and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting the Management in co-ordinating & controlling shops to ensure a high standard of operation and managing the shops when required
- Able to demonstrate high standards of conduct & leadership at all times, monitoring & motivating your team to provide top quality customer care
- Carrying out administrative duties as required
- Responsible for ensuring high standards of hygiene, adhering to health & safety/company practices
- Required to assist in the training & development of the team
