This role is vital in addressing local skills gaps and widening participation, empowering individuals to engage in career-focused education. You will enable adults and apprentices to gain essential skills and confidence, facilitating access to meaningful employment and fulfilling lives. With compassion and ambition, you will ensure that programs are accessible and responsive to the needs of all learners, particularly those facing barriers to education.
Key Responsibilities:
