As an Insurance Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Handle qualified leads generated from the sister company
- Advise customers on tailored life, critical illness, and income protection products
- Build strong relationships and guide customers through the full advised sales process
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance at every stage
- Work towards achievable targets with the support of leadership and peer mentoring
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and motivated team culture
We are looking for an Insurance Sales Advisor with the following skills and experience:
- At least 1 years’ experience in life insurance sales
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Confident communication skills and strong customer rapport-building
- A motivated, resilient, and ambitious approach to work

In return, the successful Insurance Sales Advisor will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000, plus the following benefits:
- 22 days’ holiday + bank holidays, increasing annually up to 27 days
- Early finish Fridays and team socials
