South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Infant Wellbeing Practitioner to join the Horizon Team in Lewisham.

You will assess and treat children with mental health difficulties, applying 0-5 pathway approaches within a generic CAMHS service.

You will work with parents/caregivers to strengthen early relationships, carry out risk assessments, and deliver group interventions for babies up to age 5, with supervision from senior clinicians and collaboration across MDT.
