In this role, you’ll be working across pensions, investments and financial planning to offer your clients the best advice. As an Independent Financial Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Build and develop a portfolio of clients
- Deliver independent financial advice across a range of different sectors
- Work closely with colleagues across our group companies to maximise referral opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, fact finds and regular reviews
- Deliver holistic financial planning tailored to each client's goals
- Ensure advice meets FCA and Consumer Duty requirements
We are looking for an Independent Financial Advisor with the following skills and experience:
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
- A current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
- Experience providing regulated financial advice
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning
- A proven ability, or a clear plan, to generate new business
- Excellent relationship building skills, friendly and approachable
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for delivering client outcomes
In return, the successful Independent Financial Advisor will receive a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 plus bonuses, plus the following benefits:
