LB Brent in Wembley is seeking an Income Project Officer on a contract basis. You will provide high level customer service, stay updated on welfare entitlements, and support tenants with welfare benefits and debt counselling.
You will work with Housing Needs, Housing Management and Adult Social Care to maximise income. The role requires ability to meet KPIs, promote online transactions and Direct Debits, and deliver accurate arrears reporting.
