  • Inbound Stock Administrator on behalf of our prestigious client based at their

Head Office on Birmingham Business Park (B37) .

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global organisation in a busy office-based role supporting warehouse and supply chain operations.

You will be working closely with the Site General Manager and wider operations team to ensure inbound stock is managed accurately and efficiently.

The Role

As an Inbound Stock Administrator, your duties will include

  • Investigating and resolving inbound stock discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records.
  • Updating SAP and internal systems with purchase order and delivery information.
  • Liaising with transport providers, suppliers and internal departments.
  • Monitoring inbound deliveries and ensuring stock is available when required.
  • Producing reports and supporting inventory accuracy.
  • Assisting with general administration to support the warehouse and supply chain operation.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve stock control processes.
  • The Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will have

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with multiple departments.
  • The ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous SAP or ERP system experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

  • 09:00 - 17:00
