About the Role

We are seeking an In-Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our branch. This role requires a leader who can manage staff, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Ensureexcellent customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Manage staffing, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role (preferably in a branch, retail, banking, or service environment).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • You must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
