Duties of a Paint Sprayer
- Prepare vehicles for painting and refinishing, ensuring quality standards are maintained

- Perform final quality inspections prior to vehicle handover
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Work collaboratively with the Panel and MET teams to ensure efficient repairs
Requirements of a Paint Sprayer
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer is essential
- Qualified to NVQ, IMI, ATA, or an equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Strong colour matching and refinishing skills
- Ability to operate efficiently in a high-volume environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Full UK Driving Licence is required
