You will be joining at a time of real growth and momentum in medical leadership, with newly appointed Deputy Chief Medical Officers and an expanding senior medical team. You will help shape integrated, neighbourhood-based models of care, working closely with primary care, acute trusts, local authorities and voluntary sector partners. You will play a key role in tackling health inequalities, improving population health outcomes, and strengthening relational models of care. You will be supported to lead with kindness, inclusion and compassion, consistent with NELFT’s values.
