Wanstead & Woodford PCN is seeking a First Contact Physiotherapist to provide clinical expertise as a first-contact clinician, making decisions about the most appropriate action for patients' care. You will see patients without prior GP contact to establish rapid and accurate diagnoses and management plans, and request investigations as needed.
The role includes developing integrated care plans with patients and offering a range of first-line treatments, including self-management and referrals.
