At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Night Hygiene Operative to work with a leading company in the food production sector in Anwick. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across production lines, ensuring equipment is deep-cleaned and ready for operation.
The Hygiene Operative will work in a small team or on their own, following a clear cleaning schedule for our production lines – whether that be taking equipment apart and completing a full deep clean using chemicals or a simpler cleaning routine. Please note own transport required due to the location of the site.
The successful candidates will join one of our three night shift teams.
Shift schedule
- Shift A working a Sunday to Thursday shift
- Shift B Working Tuesday to Saturday shift
- Shift C Working Friday to Monday 10hr shift
Hours of work
- 10pm - 6am from Mondays to Fridays
- Saturdays and Sundays are from 6pm - 2am
- The Weekend 10hr shifts are from 8pm - 6am Friday and Monday
- Saturday and Sunday 6pm - 4am
Essential requirements
- Must have own transport due to the location of the site
- Ability to work night shifts
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable requirements
- Basic English speaking skills are an advantage
- Good attendance and reliability
Role tasks
- Disassemble production equipment for thorough cleaning
- Follow strict cleaning schedules and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and hygienic production environment
