A Locally Employed Doctor ST3+ in General Surgery is sought to support outpatient and inpatient care for general surgical patients referred by GPs and hospital colleagues. You will assist the consultant surgeon in Upper GI surgery, manage emergency admissions on-call, and supervise junior staff.
You will also participate in continuing professional development, appraisal processes, and clinical governance, contributing to audits at both local and national levels.
