The predicted salary is between 44595 - 54505 £ per year.
You will be a self-driven and patient focused pharmacy technician with experience at providing operational leadership to a pharmacy team. You will have a passion for developing the service and continuous improvement to provide the best patient experience.
Provide senior operational leadership for the outpatient pharmacy service across CRH and HRI, ensuring safe, efficient and patient centred delivery in line with SOPs, medicine legislation and CHS / CHFT policies.
Manage people, capacity and resources (rota planning, workforce deployment, stock governance, system and facilities), acting as first line budget holder within delegated limits.
Responsible for KPIs and continuous improvement. Lead audits, incident / near miss learning and strategic service development projects to improve flow, patient safety, patient experience and value for money.
