We are looking for an individual who is motivated, organised and committed to delivering a high-quality service to join the team. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment, is solution-focused and is keen to further develop their knowledge and experience across transactional HR services.

- Statutory & Mandatory Training administration
- Processing employee changes and maintaining accurate records
- Responding to queries from managers and employees
- Supporting wider Hub priorities and operational demands
The Hub operates as a shared service model and therefore flexibility, teamwork and a willingness to support across different workstreams is essential. Central and North West London NHS Trust expects all staff to act in a way which shows you understand our core values and are willing to put them into practice with service users, their friends, family and carers and also other staff members.
We expect you to show COMPASSION, contribute to a caring and kind environment and recognise that what you do and say helps can make the lives of others better. We expect you to RESPECT everyone and acknowledge and welcome people’s differences rather than ignore them or see them as problematic. We expect you to EMPOWER others and continually try to provide information, resources and support to help others make their own decisions and meet their own needs. We expect you to work in PARTNERSHIP and behave in a way that shows that you recognise that commissioners and users of our services are the people who generate and pay for our work.
We are keen to hear from individuals who:
- Have experience working within People and Culture, HR or transactional services
- Are organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Have good attention to detail and accuracy
- Communicate professionally and confidently
- Work collaboratively and supportively within a team environment

- Are open to learning and developing across multiple service areas
Most importantly, we are looking for someone with the right approach, a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the continued development of the Hub.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience within transactional HR services and develop within the function.
