Holmes Care Group seeks a Case Support Officer based in Scotland to support and conduct employee investigations across adult social care services.

You will organise witness interviews, collect evidence, and prepare clear investigation reports for disciplinary and safeguarding processes.

Travel to care homes is expected.

You will work within organisational policies and employment law to ensure fair, objective investigations, reporting to the HR Director and supporting managers with outcomes.
