Business Partnering Partner with leaders to provide expert HR advice and support business objectives.

Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive people-focused solutions.

Support workforce planning, organisational change and talent initiatives.

Employee Relations Manage complex ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, redundancy and TUPE cases.

Provide employment law guidance and coach managers on best practice.

Mitigate risk through consistent and compliant people management.

HR Operations Support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through to exit.

Ensure HR policies, processes and procedures are applied consistently.

Drive employee engagement and performance initiatives.

Projects & Continuous Improvement Lead and support HR projects, change programmes and process improvements.

Review and enhance systems, workflows and ways of working.

Embrace technology and AI to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Data & Compliance Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making.

Produce reports and monitor key people metrics.

Maintain compliance, confidentiality and adherence to company policies and HSEQ standards.

  • What you need to succeed
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified and Chartered CIPD member.
  • Proven Senior HR Business Partner experience within a complex organisation.
  • Strong Employee Relations background, managing complex cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance, redundancy and TUPE.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
  • Experience influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
  • Exposure to organisational change, restructures and HR projects.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills.
  • Able to analyse HR data and use insights to support decision-making.
  • Confident working independently with a high level of discretion and judgement.
