HR Assistant

Join our friendly HR team and play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services across Erewash Borough Council.
This is a busy and rewarding role, supporting managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
From recruitment and onboarding to absence management and employee wellbeing, you'll provide professional HR support while ensuring our records and processes are accurate, efficient and compliant.
A key part of the role will be producing and analysing HR data, reports and management information, helping to identify trends and support informed decision-making across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Support managers and employees across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, absence management and employee wellbeing.
- Provide professional HR support while ensuring records and processes are accurate, efficient and compliant.
- Produce and analyse HR data, reports and management information to identify trends and support decision-making.
