Are you an experienced social care leader who is passionate about high-quality, person-centred support?

We are excited to be recruiting a Scheme Manager for our brand-new specialist service in Hove.

This unique development provides high-quality, long-term affordable housing for people living with acquired brain injuries and/or physical disabilities, supporting residents to live independently in a safe, accessible and welcoming community.

The scheme comprises 28 beautifully designed, fully accessible purpose-built apartments, each with its own private entrance and outdoor space or balcony.

Residents will also benefit from our inviting communal areas, including a ground-floor community lounge, an additional shared space on the upper floor, and a stunning rooftop garden offering panoramic views across Hove.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping a vibrant new service and making a lasting difference to people's lives.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will manage and support a staff team to provide safe, responsive and empowering services that promote independence, choice and wellbeing.

You will lead from the front, model good practice and maintain high standards through supervision and quality monitoring.

You will work closely with housing providers, families, professionals and community groups organising social events and activities and create a positive, vibrant living environment where people feel safe, connected and proud of where they live.
