Hove Medical Centre invites applications for a role within its Practice team of GPs and Nurses delivering general practice services to non-registered and registered patients, with emphasis on frail elderly and housebound patients, including those in nursing and care homes.
You will conduct housebound visits, ward rounds in nursing homes, home visits as required and chronic disease reviews, supported by the Practice Manager.
