You will support the management and improvement of the housing portfolio, ensuring homes are safe, compliant and well-maintained. Focus on damp, mould and disrepair while complying with Awaab’s Law, HHSRS and housing legislation.
You’ll survey, inspect and manage projects, oversee contractor performance, and contribute to long-term solutions for residents’ homes and wellbeing.
