Triumph Consultants is looking for a Housing Complaints Handler Project Officer for our client. The role involves complaints handling to support a dedicated programme of work responding to housing condition claims, i.e. disrepair. Contract is for 5 months in Bristol BS4 3EZ.
Location: Sandy Park, Bristol, BS4 3EZ. Hybrid role, 2 days per week in office.
Key requirements:
- Experience handling complex complaints, investigations, or casework within housing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication and report-writing abilities
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work to tight deadlines
- Experience within social housing, repairs, complaints, or customer services
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a housing and/or project management related subject
Key Responsibilities:
- Review housing condition claim documentation
- Conduct detailed investigations using multiple housing management systems
- Analyse repairs history, complaints records, tenancy information and surveys
- Draft clear, accurate, and evidence-based complaint responses
- Maintain detailed records
- Engage with operational teams and stakeholders
