Housekeeping Supervisor
As Housekeeping Supervisor you will be at the heart of the team, deputising in the absence of the Head Housekeeper while maintaining a friendly, detail‑oriented approach. You’ll take pride in your work, remain calm under pressure, and exceed guest expectations by responding effectively to requests.
What you will do
- Clean rooms to the company’s high standards
- Ensure public areas are clean and welcoming
- Promptly report maintenance issues and follow safety guidelines
- Manage stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies
- Train new and existing team members
- Provide regular updates to the General Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
