Join the team at Alexandra Gardens in Hounslow as an experienced Registered Manager, where you will lead and develop the services to deliver specialist care.
You’ll be working 37.5 hours a week at Alexandra Gardens, a specialist residential service that supports adults of all gender identities.
The people we support have a learning disability, may be neurodivergent, and sometimes show behaviours that, because of their diagnosis, can be challenging or distressing for them.
Many also have profound and multiple communication difficulties, sensory impairments, and physical health needs.
In this role, you will take overall leadership of the service, developing close, collaborative relationships with community multi-disciplinary teams and other external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent, person‑centred care alongside the smooth day‑to‑day running of the service, while also working thoughtfully with purchasers and referrers to build meaningful partnerships that support the long‑term sustainability of the service.
