NHS Talking Therapies Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner - Band 5* pending confirmation of passing training
We are an established and friendly service looking for an enthusiastic PWP seeking variety, new experiences and autonomy.
Clinical caseload for a full time PWP: 7 x assessments, 19 x treatments. Job plan will also include screening referrals.

You will support the psychological care of clients accessing the service. Clinical duties include:
- -screening referrals
- -assessing clients to determine their needs and suitability
- -offering a range of treatment options (e. g. GSH and groups)
- -clinical administration
- -liaising with healthcare providers to support onward referrals.
- You will work with clients through a variety of means (telephone, online and face to face)
- Opportunities to hold a champion and supervisor role (one-year post qualification)
- You will support people from different cultural backgrounds, ages and use interpreters as needed. You will be passionate about providing equal opportunities.
- You will work autonomously, following a plan agreed in line management and in accordance with service policies and procedures.
- We are committed to supporting you with regular CPD, supervision, daily debrief/duty and weekly safeguarding debriefs.
- You will be based in The Isleworth Centre (team base) and other sites in the London Borough of Hounslow at least two days per week.
- You will work at least one late shift (12– 8pm, Mon- Thurs).
