We're looking for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team and support our service user in Hounslow (TW3). You'll work in a dynamic and fulfilling environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact on people's lives.


We recruit specifically for each of our service users, matching not only clinical skills, but personalities and lifestyle too. Our experienced nursing team will provide you with full client-specific training. Please note: Due to the nature of this role, which involves providing intimate personal care to female service users, being female is an occupational requirement for this position under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

Role Responsibilities


As a healthcare assistant in this package of care you will:



  • Support your service user with their physical care needs, including personal care, mobility, nutrition, and comfort.

  • Deliver person-centered care according to bespoke care plans.

  • Promote independence and respect each service users spiritual, psychological, and cultural needs.

  • Assist with communication between patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

  • Administer prescribed medication or clinical tasks after completing our advanced training and competency sign off.

  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Regional Nurse Manager.

  • Contribute to a supportive, high-standard care environment.
