The Role
- We’re looking for a confident and energetic Front of House & Hospitality Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team.
- You’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality service experience for pupils, staff, and visitors across daily dining and special events.
- Most of your hours are daytime, weekday-focused, giving you your evenings back and more time to recharge!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating a front-of-house team to deliver smooth, professional service
- Overseeing day-to-day dining operations (breakfast, lunch and hospitality)
- Supporting and delivering events (with occasional flexibility required)
- Acting as Allergen Champion, ensuring safety and clear communication
- Creating a welcoming, high-standard dining environment
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of team members
- Working closely with kitchen and site leadership teams
About You
- Experience in hospitality or catering, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
- Strong organisational skills and ability to stay calm in busy environments
- Natural leader who enjoys developing and supporting others
- Flexible approach when supporting events or occasional additional service needs
