We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable
Finishing Foreman to join our team on a busy construction project.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on professional with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all finishing trades on site, including snagging and final fix works
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily site activities
- Maintain health & safety standards at all times
- Liaise with site management, clients, and inspectors
- Conduct quality checks and manage snagging lists through to completion
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction processes
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Valid CSCS card (SSSTS/SMSTS preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
