We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Complex Care Assistant to support a young client in his family home, working closely with his mum and dad to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
The client has complex healthcare needs, including epilepsy requiring seizure management, gastrostomy tube feeding, and partial hearing and visual impairments.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, attentive, and committed to making a positive difference in a child’s life.
The role involves providing overnight support, including gastrostomy feeding, seizure monitoring and management, and carrying out regular observations throughout the night to ensure the client’s safety and wellbeing.
