Prestige Nursing & Care Blackpool is looking for new Professional Home Carers to join our growing team on a part time or bank basis. The role is supporting individuals within their own homes and care settings. We offer our members a variety of work patterns with service users throughout Blackpool, Flyde and Wyre. We endeavour to keep you working as close to home as possible, but you will require access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence. Shift patterns are varied.
We provide all new members with our mandatory training programme, and further client-specific training where necessary.
The Role: Tasks may include:
- Administering medication
- Encouraging diet and fluid intake
- Facilitating access to the community
- Encouraging good personal hygiene, including assisting with personal care as necessary
- Completing documentation to a high standard
