Overview: We have been caring for people in their own homes across Kingston and Surrey for over 30 years. We are a small, established team – not a national agency – and that makes a real difference to how we work.

What this job actually looks like: You will visit clients in their own homes, helping with personal care, medication, meals and companionship. Your rounds will be local – within a few miles of where you live – and you will build genuine, lasting relationships with the same clients week after week. Every second weekend is part of the role. This is not zero-hours agency work. We offer consistent hours, local rounds and the kind of continuity that makes the job rewarding.

What we’re looking for:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • The right to work in the UK – please confirm you hold a UK or Irish passport, a biometric residence permit showing indefinite leave to remain or settled status, or pre-settled status with proof of right to work. Applications without this cannot be progressed.
  • Compassion, reliability and the ability to work independently
  • Previous care experience is welcome but not essential – we provide full training
  • Availability for morning shifts (7am–2pm), evening shifts (4pm–10pm), or both, and every second weekend

  • Paid travel
  • Full induction training and ongoing training provided
  • DBS check covered by us
  • Morning or evening shifts to suit your availability
  • A small, supportive office team you can actually get hold of
  • Work that genuinely matters – our clients depend on us and value what we do
  • Over 30 years in the area – we are not going anywhere
