We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work across schools in Hoddesdon and the surrounding areas.
Duties as Secondary Supply Teacher:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
- Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school settings
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Provide feedback to the regular class teacher on pupil progress and behaviour
- Support students in achieving their learning objectives
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
Ideal Secondary Supply Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching in UK secondary schools across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS3/KS4)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to new environments quickly
- A genuine passion for teaching and making a difference in students’ lives
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
