Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking a Community Occupational Therapist to join the Upper Lea Valley ICT in Hoddesdon on a fixed term basis. The role involves home-based rehabilitation, palliative care and hospital-at-home support across Hertfordshire, working with a friendly, supportive team.
You will deliver specialist occupational therapy interventions, contribute to clinical caseload management, and work with the MDT to enable patients to achieve their goals with timely therapy.
