Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is recruiting a Community Staff Nurse for Upper Lea Valley on a fixed term contract. The post holder will deliver care within the Integrated Community Nursing Team, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individualised nursing care for people living in the community.
You may take responsibility in the absence of the Community Nursing Sister to support team caseloads. Flexible working options are explored where possible.
