Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced pharmacist to provide specialist clinical input for HIV medicine safety and patients with complex HIV and comorbidities. You will support inpatient HIV services, contribute to medicines optimisation, and help develop guidelines and policies in line with national standards.
As a senior member of the HIV pharmacy team, you will review incidents, support service planning and audit activities, and maintain advanced knowledge.
