The Role
As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for helping customers turn their holiday ideas into unforgettable travel experiences. You will provide expert advice, create inspiring itineraries and deliver the high level of personal service that Savvi Travel is known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through to post‑travel support.
- Selling holidays, flights, cruises, hotels, tours and other travel experiences.
- Building strong and lasting relationships with customers.
- Understanding customers' needs and recommending the right travel options.
- Creating bespoke and tailor‑made travel experiences.
- Working towards and achieving sales targets.
- Building relationships with travel suppliers and keeping up to date with their latest products and offers.
- Using travel booking systems and supplier platforms confidently.
- Following up enquiries and maximising sales opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate customer and booking information.
- Contributing positively to the success and development of the Hitchin branch.
