Our client based in the heart of the Hitchin industrial estate is currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join its growing team.

Working with experienced members of staff, Successful candidates will be provided with full training on the process from start to finish with regular opportunities to develop and gain a permanent contract after successful trial period.

  • Opening and weighing of ingredients for the production team
  • Operating machinery to produce food based goods to customer specification
  • Working to company Health & safety standards at all times
  • Production Operative - Working hours
  • Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:15 / 14:00 - 22:15 on a weekly rotating basis
  • Regular overtime available both during the week and at weekends
  • Production Operative - Pay Rates
  • £12.90 for the first 40 hours worked Monday - Friday increasing to - £14.19 per hour after 12 weeks continuous service
  • £19.35 per hour for any hours completed 40+ Monday - Friday
  • £25.80 per hour for all hours completed on Saturdays and Sundays
