You will work in outpatient High Risk Foot clinics as part of the Service Level Agreement with Barts Health as well as rotations in Nail Surgery, MSK and Community Outpatient clinics including domiciliary provision.
You will need to be able to assess, create appropriate treatment plans and escalate to the appropriate services where clinically indicated.
You will need excellent skills in debridement and wound management.

The Podiatry Service is currently delivered across 3 community sites, as well as Newham University Hospital and your primary base will be at The Appleby Road Health Centre.
We also provide care in Nursing Homes as well as a Domiciliary Service.
- We focus on a short-term treatment planning approach to manage patient care and maximise patient input into their care, to enable us to effectively and efficiently manage caseloads
- We will help you identify your knowledge, skills and developmental needs, which will become part of your annual training plan.
- You will work in a supportive team of passionate Podiatrists, interacting and collaborating with a wide range of health professionals and clinical specialties working with our service.
- You will receive clinical and management supervision to support you in your induction and further development
- You will use your clinical and management experience and skills to supervise staff and podiatry, medical and nursing students
