An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Band 7 Highly Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join the Musculoskeletal Service at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH), one of London's largest community healthcare providers. Working alongside Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners and Advanced Musculoskeletal Therapists, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

Our MSK Service is led by a Consultant Physiotherapist and provides access to specialist services including injection therapy, diagnostic imaging, pelvic health, orthopaedic clinical assessment and evidence-based rehabilitation programmes. You'll have the opportunity to develop your clinical expertise while working alongside experienced clinicians across multiple CLCH sites. You'll also contribute to service development, quality improvement, clinical audit and pathway projects across upper limb, lower limb and spinal services, while developing your MSK triage and leadership skills.

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care, taking professional responsibility and accountability for patients within your caseload.
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and develop personalised treatment plans using sound clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice.
  • Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to adults with a wide range of acute, chronic and complex musculoskeletal conditions, adapting your approach to meet individual needs.
  • Promote equitable access to services, ensuring inclusive care for all patients, including those from underrepresented and harder-to-reach communities.
  • Work collaboratively with senior clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team, recognising your own professional boundaries and seeking support or supervision where appropriate.
  • Use a range of specialist assessment and treatment techniques in line with national guidelines, Trust policies and professional standards, ensuring safe practice at all times.
  • Support a culture of continuous learning by participating in clinical supervision, peer discussions and case reviews to maintain and enhance clinical excellence.
