- -Support the daily running of the UIU by taking part/leading on daily Safety Huddles in the UIU.
- -Carry out specific clinical and care tasks and responsibilities to a high standard and competency.
- -Participate in the planning and delivery of individual care provided by the multi-disciplinary team.
- -Supervise junior staff members/student and delegate appropriately.
- -Support senior staff members and management team in service delivery.
