Registered Manager Children's Home - Up to Β£55,000 - Complex Needs and EBD
Are you a Registered Manager who understands what it takes to maintain high standards within a children's residential setting?
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager within children's residential care who brings experience and understanding of how to maintain standards, lead a team with clarity, and deliver consistent care in a structured environment.
You will be overseeing a children's home with a Good Ofsted rating, supporting children and young people with complex needs and EBD, backed by a strong and established management and support structure.

- What You'll Need
Proven senior experience within children's residential care β Registered Manager or Deputy Manager (essential)
- Previous Registered Manager experience is highly desirable
- Level 5 Leadership qualification or willingness to work towards it
- Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and inspection frameworks
- Experience managing budgets and financial accountability
- Full UK driving licence
