What is required from you?

  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
  • This is a bank position, so you will be required to work days, nights and weekends as and when required
  • Please note this is a zero hour contract

A day in the life of a Care Assistant:

  • Companionship: Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
  • Personal care: Supporting with a wash, bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care
  • Medication: Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams
  • Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages
  • Domestic tasks: Light cleaning tasks
  • Mobility: Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility
  • Social activities: Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home
