Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and experienced HGV CLASS 2 SKIP DRIVERS
(also TIPPER, GRABS, BINS, SKIPS, SWEEPER AND LOW LOADER DRIVERS)
to join a busy, well-established logistics and aggregates operation based in Mitcham. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection and delivery of construction materials, aggregates, and muck-away across London and the South East.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating Skip Trucks Class 2 vehicle safely and legally.
- Delivering and collecting skips
- Carrying out thorough daily walk-around vehicle checks and defect reporting.
- Adhering strictly to tachograph regulations and driver's hours legislation.
- Communicating effectively with transport planners and site managers.
Requirements
- Knowledge of London & South East roads
- Advantageous to have experience with skips, bins, tippers, grabs, sweeper and class 1 artic vehicles (however full training will be provided)
