Our governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Cover Supervisor to support our learners across the federation of schools. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the necessary skills and enthusiasm to provide short term cover supervision of lessons as required.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Previous experience of working with children of secondary and primary school age;
- Enthusiasm and a strong commitment to achievement, safeguarding and welfare of all children;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A sense of humour and the ability to inject fun into learning;
- High expectations of pupil behaviour and excellent behaviour management skills;
- Flexibility, accommodating and a team player;
- Relevant qualifications for the role.
